As of December 1 2007 the position as CEO of AB Hanson & Möhring is held by Anna Bjelm. Anna has been with the company since 2004. This change means that former CEO, Jesper Dahlberg, can focus fully on his role as manager of business area De-Icing Solutions within the Salinity Group. At the same time a clearer purchasing organization is put into place. Business area managers Pontus Ryberg, Jesper Dahlberg, Fredrik Eide and Bengt Larsson will now be fully responsible for their respective contracts. A central purchasing group for salt, led by Anna Bjelm, will coordinate all common supplier contacts.

Since the turn of the year 2005/06, Salinity has been organized in four business areas; Retail & Foods, De-Icing Solutions, Agro, Industry, Water and Charcoal, with a business area manager responsible for each business area. At the turn of the year 2006/2007 it was decided that these business areas run vertically through the entire Salinity Group organization, that is: Hanson & Möhring, Salinity, Salinity UK, Salinity Trading and Salinity Holding.

Anna Bjelm will continue to be responsible for purchase, logistics, production, quality and environment, while at the same time all business areas retain the overall responsibility for their respective clients.
