Salinity has recruited Jonas Jung as new CEO for the Salinity Group and Managing Director for Salinity Holding AB. Jonas, who currently is CEO for the Feralco Group, will start on January 1st 2009.

During the winter 2008/2009 Bengt Larsson will hand over the responsibility of Skogens Kol AB to Stefan Antonsson, and as from April 2009 Stefan will take on the role as Managing Director for the company. Stefan is currently taking his Doctor's degree at KTH (the Royal Institute of Technology).

As of August 1, 2008 the position as Business Area Manager for De-Icing Solutions has been held by Christoffer Rappe. Christoffer has been with the Salinity Group since 2006. Former Business Area Manager, Jesper Dahlberg, will concentrate on developing some new projects with the board.
