Salinity has entered into an agreement to acquire 30% of all outstanding shares of M.G.P. Cyprus Salt Company Ltd in Larnaka, Cyprus.

M.G.P. Cyprus Salt Company Ltd is a leading distributer in Europe of flake salt for human consumption. The company is today one of Salinity's main suppliers on the consumer salt market segment.
