Pickling salt

Description

Vacuum salt with added nitrite is used to prevent the growth of microorganisms (Clostridium Botulinum) in meat products. It is a finely fractioned, highly refined salt with cube-shaped crystals and a high degree of purity. Contains 0.6% sodium nitrite.
