Sea salt

This medium coarse sea salt is very pure, and naturally rich in minerals. Sea salt is produced by trapping seawater in basins, so-called salines, where it evaporates and forms salt crystals through solar energy. These are then washed in a saturated salt solution in several steps, which gives a very high quality sea salt.
